We wanted to live in Pacific Grove for over two years. This dream came true with the purchase (through Kyle) of the most beautiful ocean view home within two blocks walking distance to the beach. Kyle walked us through every step, including helping us find an excellent lender and even going the whole nine yards (he overlooked NOTHING!) to make our move very, very easy. There are not many agents who deliver the follow through Kyle did, nor attend to the very smallest of details he did. To name one of many 'details' he took care of; he even met with Comcast to make sure all of our services were connected (room by room) when we arrived. Many agents just drop the ball after the purchase, but Kyle was there through all the paperwork and proved to be a wonderful liaison with the seller's.

Our experience with Kyle Morrison was nothing short of spectacular!

Kyle (in a long weekend) showed us all the attributes of the Carmel area, and also briefly toured Carmel Valley and Pacific Grove. In that brief period of time, Kyle showed us about 25 properties, and about 10 "second showings". Kyle quickly learned our preferences and concentrated on showing us the homes that would appeal to us. Needless to say, we fell in love with the area and found a home to our liking.

Once we found the home, Kyle surrounded us with a wonderful array of "helpers" from motgage companies, to the title company, to inspectors and subcontractors who assured us that our new home was safe and without issues, and provided us a very competitive rate on our mortgage. We closed with no issues within 30 days of our original offer.

In addition, after our closing, Kyle continues to assist us with the improvements we want to make to our new home, and is helping us identify the best contractors to do the work, and even taking time to let them in our new house (this is a second home) while we are away.

We've purchased at least 10 major real estate properties in the last 20 years, and we can honestly say that our experience with Kyle was our overall best experience...BY FAR!

My parents passed away in early 2008. My siblings and I were enthusiastically referred to Kyle when it was time to sell the house. Kyle worked well with all of us on every level: me, as executor of the
estate living in Austin, Texas; and my siblings, living in the house in Carmel.

It was a difficult time, as we saw the house drop significantly in value due to market conditions. But Kyle found the right balance between helping us see the need to lower the price and respecting our wishes, all the more impressive since he was dealing with three of us, each having different styles and perspectives.

Kyle worked hard throughout the process, always maintaining a positive attitude: setting up open houses (both for brokers and for the public), holding extensive conference calls with us, placing attractive ads both in print and on the web, and keeping us posted by email.

Ultimately, he found buyers for our house in a very difficult market, in which other agents had only brought a long stream of lookers; and we are very grateful to Kyle for that. He also was diligent in getting the deal closed, cheerfully adjusting to changes and keeping the process on track.

Kyle was our agent for the sale of my parent’s house and vacant lot. We signed on with Kyle for a couple of reasons. The first reason was that his web site and Internet presence is top notch and the second reason is Kyle has an amazing amount of market information and data; truly he has his finger on the ‘pulse’ of Carmel real estate.

Now I must be honest, my wife thought Kyle was a little too “slick” for us common folk, but I was determined to hire the best… so after much discussion we came to the decision to hire Kyle, and are we ever pleased!!

The property he sold has been in out family for 76 years. We have had a renter in the property for 22 years so needless to say there was a lot of emotion connected to this property on all sides.

It is January 2008, and the financial and real estate markets have not been this bad in decades. I am compelled to write this testimonial due to the outstanding performance of my real estate agent, Kyle Morrison.

As my final act in my responsibilities to my grandmother’s estate, I was charged with selling her large older home in South East Carmel-By-The-Sea.

When I met Kyle there for the first time, the big old house was totally worn-out. As I was trying to get my mind around the huge task before me, both emotionally and physically, I bounced around from the smallest to the largest of issues.
