Meet Kyle And His Team

Hello, and welcome to my personal website.

I hope you find my site to be helpful in your search for a property here on the Monterey Peninsula. I've tried to make it as user friendly as possible with lots of tools to help you gather as much information as you can without having to jump to a whole bunch of different web sites.

My name is Kyle Morrison and I'm a partner with John Saar Properties in Carmel. If you have a couple of minutes I'd like to give you a little background on myself and why you might consider me to help you either sell your home or buy a new home. So here's my version of "About me"....

I've owned my own business's for more than 29 years and I've been married for almost 30 years to a really wonderful gal by the name of Lisa. She's raised our three daughters and has been my right and left hand in pretty much everything I've done.Yes, it's one of those relationships...Whatever I've accomplished it's because of Lisa. Lucky boy!!

Our three daughters are incredible kids, if I don't say so myself....Here's a little about them....

Kristen, the oldest, is 27 and lives in Santa Barbara where she settled after graduating from UCSB a few years ago. She's one of the lucky ones who found a great job with a great company called Citrix OnLine. (You might be familiar with their most popular product "GoToMyPC") She's a marketing coordinator and works her tail off...Although she loves it, her heart is in the "RENEWABLE ENERGY" field and is actively seeking opportunities that will lead her into what she has such an amazing passion for... She's a beautiful girl with a beautiful outlook on life....

Lizzy is our middle daughter at 24, and just graduated from the University of Montana. Graduating with honors in Environmental Studies, she's headed back to Hawaii where she spent two years attending U of H and where here heart is. Unlike a typical 'island girl' Lizzy has a great work ethic....so, no doubt, she'll end up working a couple of jobs at once for a while 'till she finds her niche - Like Kristen, she's got a burning passion for protecting the environment and regardless of where her path leads, she'll excel at whatever she sets her mind to.

And then there's Roxy...the youngest at a whopping 16!!! that just finished her sophomore year at Pacific Grove High (pulling a 3.5 I might add...good girl!) She's scheduled to attend summer school, take a trip to Chicago and South Carolina and is getting a job for the summer also. Another hard worker -- determined to save up enough for her own car. Roxy is a free agent now that she has her license and 'borrows' mom's car at every opportunity...Theatre is her passion -- so we'll see where this takes her. She's actually quite a great little actor....And like her two sisters, stunningly beautiful -- just like their mom!

So there you have it....my life. Well, the personal side of it anyway.

As a professional I'm really not much different than I am when I'm home with the family. I love my career in real estate and I think my passion for what I do translates directly to how hard I "work" for my clients. I say "work" because I rarely feel like it's work at all. Whether I'm showing clients properties or managing one of the properties I have listed....it all makes for a great day, and more often than not, it's one with great personal gratification. In this line of work it's the people I meet and the friendships I make that really keeps me going. Although it is a seven day/week job!!

I really love helping people realize something as important as buying or selling their home. And I enjoy pushing myself to always make the often challenging job of finding, negotiating, fixing, waiting, hurrying up, and finally the closing process go soooo smoothly that my clients think it was one of the most enjoyable experiences they've ever had.....Imagine that!?!
